1. Stay on the marked trail at all times and DO NOT RUN! The trail is uneven at some points and can cause injury if guests run.
2. Keep moving! Do not stop to harass or continually interact with the performers. We do not want a backup on the trail.
3. No touching of the actors. They won't touch you and you won't touch them.
4.No smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol on the premises.
5.No photography or videography of any kind.
6.No flashlights.
7.Once you have entered the trail there are no refunds.
8.Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult
9.No vulgar, obscene or abusive language
Failure to comply with these rules will result in expulsion from the trail with no refund.
UNACCOMPANIED MINOR POLICY
Minors 15 and younger will not be allowed on premises without a parent or guardian, age 25 or older. This includes the trail itself as well as our waiting field and parking lot. A parent or guardian can supervise up to 5 minors in their party. An additional parent or guardian must be present for each subsequent group of 5 youth in a given party. Parents and guardians are expected to supervise the minors in their party at all times. Should unacceptable behavior occur, 1 warning will be issued. If the behavior continues the entire party will be ejected from the property with no refund. Unaccompanied minors ages 16-17 are allowed on premises without parent or guardian supervision but are expected to behave themselves or they too will be subject to the aforementioned consequences. Harassment or assault both physically and verbally and disrespectful behavior towards cast, crew and other guests will not be tolerated at any point. Should any guest refuse to leave the property after being told to do so they will be trespassed and the police will be called.
The Trail of Terror is a fundraising activity and a fun event for the Long Island community. Before dropping your minors off to our trail, please have a conversation with them about proper behavior. If you don't - we will.
